Taylor has started several companies, most notably Blackstone Media — a 20-person digital creative and marketing agency he built over 12 years that helped brands such as Toyota Material Handling, Sonoma-Cutrer and Mercer grow their businesses online. In 2018, he sold Blackstone to Boston-based ADK Group.
